- Between 11:00 PM - 14:00 PM; No additional charge will apply, however it is subject based on hotel's availability.

Prior to check- in, the credit card used to book as well as identification matching the person and name the room was booked under must be sited by our Front Office team. That person must be present on arrival and must be staying at the property. Any use of a third-party credit card must be pre-arranged with the property prior to arrival and written authority to use that third-party card must be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate
- If a reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the check in date, no penalty is applied and your deposit will be refunded or able to use as hotel credit. If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to the check in date, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.
Non Refundable/ Promo Rate
- In the event of a cancellation of a non refundable or promo rate booking, the entire payment made for the stay shall be deemed nonrefundable. Nevertheless, following a discussion with the hotel's management, this payment may be converted into Hotel Credit, Potentially incurring additional fees and following the hotel's set terms and conditions.
- In case of 'no-show', the entire payment made for the stay shall be deemed non-refundable.
